DPS: Explain your dps rotation. Healers: Explain how you would raid heal or tank heal. Tanks: Explain your tanking rotation for maximum threat.
RAID: As Holy I aim for an equal mix of PoM, CoH, and either FL Heal or Renew depending on the fight and raid makeup. In some fights shield-spam as Discipline is viable as "raid-healing" (Mimiron is the best example though most Hard-Modes survivability issues make it useful as well such as clothies during Gormok Heroic). TANK: As Discipline I pop a PW:Shield whenever Weakened Soul wears off the tank; Fl Heal fillers in between Penance CDs. Tank healing as Holy has not been viable since 3.0.

What raiding experience do you have?
All WotLK content except Algalon, Heroic-25 Anub. In ICC I have 9/9 kills on 10 man and 6/9 on 25.

Previous Guild and reason for leaving?
Lithium on Malfurion. In early December their raid leadership and guild officers all changed, crippling their progression.

Why do you want to join Redemption?
I was told you might be interested in a part-timer

Do you have lag/connection issues? What is your average FPS in a 25man raid?
None. 40-50 fps.

We currently raid Mon-Thur 7pm CST - 11pm CST. Can you make all these raid times?
No. I am interested in a weekly 10 man and could commit a night or possibly two to raiding 25s though I am perfectly willing to be on standby for 25s should any regular healers not be able to make it. I am unavailable Monday due to work but I am off and available Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday. After explaining these limitations to Psychedelia I was recommended to apply.

Tell us something about you as a player that makes you above average.
I do extensive research on healing priests as well as the other healing classes ( I have one of each). I believe preparation is the strength I bring to a raid as a healing priest.

Anything else you would like to tell us about yourself?
I am comfortable playing as either Holy or Discipline. In previous raiding guilds I have switched between the two specs as needed for the fight. I believe my experience and gear are on a par with the content you are raiding.

Seems like a very solid app to me, shows great effort in his/her toon. I do not know about priest specs but the gear looks decent and up to par with our level of progression. I saw him/her in Dalaran, unguilded, so I suggested applying to Redemption, as we have no discipline priests.

May be unable to commit to 75%+ 25 man raid attendance, but is extremely interested in joining a static 10 man ICC progression group.

Gear is definitely up to par. Gems/Enchants/Glyphs are solid. Both specs are good, really with a priest you can go a few different routes with extra points but their specs are good. Seems like they keep up with the class which is good because when they decided to change something on a priest they make sure its a big one.

with 2 raiding holy pallies a discipline priest isnt as effective as those tank healers imo.
everyone's usually scrambling for 10 man healers and if he's committed to 10 mans and willing to stand by for 25's, that would be handy.
gear looks great.
glyph/spec pretty good if you make use of flash heal a lot.
idk how much you put to use of flash heal though, since i think it depends on preference and style of fight some what.  not a huge fan of flash heals :\
oh, and the best part is, we totally have the same haircut.
