Character Name

Class & Spec
Fury Warrior-DPS

Provide a link to your Armory Profile:

DPS: Explain your dps rotation. Healers: Explain how you would raid heal or tank heal. Tanks: Explain your tanking rotation for maximum threat.
Whirlwind-bloodthirst-(slam if proc)-heroic strike or cleave depending how many targets.

What raiding experience do you have?
Ive done most raid fights including Trial of The crusader(10 and 25), os, Ony, and more. If i have not done the fight, i most likely know it. I research all fight I don't know before a raid so I arrive prepared and already know what to do.

Previous Guild and reason for leaving?
I would always be on during our set raiding times and never got a spot. We don't have set raid groups, and there was never room.

Why do you want to join Redemption?
I researched some of the best Hydraxis realms and saw Redemption on the top of the list. I also always see members of the guild in Dalaran. I am willing to to transfer to Horde and be a member of Redemption because i wish to become a serious raider.

Do you have any references from inside Redemption?
No

Do you have Ventrilo (required) and a mic?
Yes

Do you have lag/connection issues? What is your average FPS in a 25man raid?
No, I am usually at 20FPS+ in 25 man raids.

We currently raid Mon-Thur 7pm CST - 11pm CST. Can you make all these raid times?
Yes

Tell us something about you as a player that makes you above average.
I think something that makes me above average is my willingness to learn and take criticism that in turn will make me better at my role in the raid. I also good at listening to directions and following them in order to take down a boss.

How might we best contact you? (in game, email, alt char?)
In-game mail would be preferable

Anything else you would like to tell us about yourself?
I am currently on alliance, but if I am accepted, I could transfer immediately. Thank You very much

I'm fairly confident that our raid is overstocked on melee DPS, and a fury warrior which brings no utility but full on DPS will likely not get in on top of the fury warrior we already have raiding.
On top of that, you haven't even attained a 2pc t9 set which is really not acceptable at this point in time. It isn't difficult to obtain nor is it something that you should just skip over.
Also your gear (in places, your highest ilevel gear) lacks enchants and I'm not sure if you're gemmed correctly or not. I've heard about a possible crit focused build for fury warriors but that was something that you apparently needed a lot of ICC gear. Attack power gems are out of the question though, don't do that.
And as incredibly minor it is, how does anyone not have an exalted Sons of Hodir enchant at this point?

Looking at your armory link, I would offer a little more constructive criticism.
1) You are WAY over hit cap for fury, so that hit trinket you have is not really very useful.  I am guessing you use it for the GearScore more than anything.
2) Garz is right in terms of the crit/AP gems.  Crit is starting to gain some favor,         but it requires some pretty hefty ICC gear, ie. Whispering Fanged Skull, etc. I would suggest a Strength/ Armor Pen combo.  With the scorpion, you only need  to hit about 52%, which isn't too hard.  Then, as you get more gear, you can try to hit 100% without the scorpion.
3) The Piercing Howl talent is not really the best place for you to use your        talents, its not something that is used much in raiding. Also, the Booming Voice        talent is completely wasted.
4) Again agreeing with Garz, you probably need to get that Tyrannical Beheader          enchanted.

However, I do like that you realize that expertise is important.  Our resident warrior expert made sure to tell me how important it was.  I am sure he will comment on this post too.  Overall, I would say good start, but got some issues you could adress to make it better. And if no one else says it, thanks for taking the time to fill out the app.

1) Too much hit, too little expertise. It's better to gem for expertise and be at cap then not gem for it and getting dodged.

2) +10 stats is better than +10 str +15 stam

3) +10 str +10 crit is better than +20 crit, and you should only go for the socket bonus if it is +4 str or better (+6 str when close to ArP cap)

4) Never never never gem attack power.

5) Missing enchants/using gimped enchants.

6) Don't have full epic gems.

Hi Locomeister,

We don't have any raid slots available right now for melee DPS.

Good luck with your guild search!
