There's one very important phrase for a prot pally rotation; you don't have it here and what you did write seems to directly conflict with it.  Could you go into more detail about your rotation, and also could you give your reasoning for having 2/2 points in Improved Judgements instead of just 1/2?  What's your reasoning behind 275 Health to chest instead of 10 stats, and also titanium weapon chain on your tanking weapon?

Also the answers to some of the other questions leave something to be desired.  For previous guild you just put none.  It seems unlikely that you've never been in a guild at all.  If you're a transfer and you mean you've never been in a guild on our server, what realm did you transfer from and what guilds were you in there?

"I'm good" isn't really an answer to why you feel you're above average; what about you makes you good?

It's really important to us that you go into detail on your application or it kind of shows us that if youre not willing to put the effort into that, why should we put the effort into you.

Maybe you can edit some of it so we can take a better look.

Just making the point, there are a lot of Prot builds put 2/2 into imp judgements mostly as a filler, its only really useful if you want to skip concentrate for mana, which rarely happens, but like I said, its just a filler.

As for 275 hp to chest, 
"10 stats =
125 health.
11 agility(0.16% dodge before diminishing returns, ~0.20% crit 22 armor)
12-13 strength.(~24-25 attack power, ~7-8 spellpower., 6 block)"

I would rather the 275 hp really, can't go wrong with more effective health, but its no big deal anyway.
