DPS: Explain your dps rotation. Healers: Explain how you would raid heal or tank heal. Tanks: Explain your tanking rotation for maximum threat.
I jst help out the tank and i listen great.

What raiding experience do you have?
I don't really have any Raid experiance but I know i can do it!

Previous Guild and reason for leaving?

Why do you want to join Redemption?
I want ot get geaead and stay with you guys

Do you have any references from inside Redemption?

Do you have lag/connection issues? What is your average FPS in a 25man raid?

We currently raid Mon-Thur 7pm CST - 11pm CST. Can you make all these raid times?

i guess i can start with your spec.

your spec should be 5/5/61 minimum having 5 in seals of the pure and 5 in divine strength from the prot and holy tree's.

i dont see how helping out the tank and listening good is your dps rotation. what we are looking for is the spells you use in which order to do your maximum dps.

i dont see how you can apply to a full time progression raiding guild with no raid experience and your gear mainly consisting of blues and 2 epics.

i dont see how making gold fast makes you above average of the normal WoW player but it certainly isnt somethin what will make a differenece in raiding.

lastly answering no on the 2 questions which are basically required isnt going to help you out much even if the rest of the app is perfect.

I really suggest that if you want to be in a raiding guild that you use the information that is easily avaliable through many websites like EJ, and what ever you may google, its not hard and it will help you in leaps and bounds.
